About Us

A proprietary concern of Mr. Harshit N. Mehta was established in the year 2006.
Mr. Harshit N. Mehta enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2003. He is a Certified Business Consultant from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He has developed expertise in the areas of business restructuring, management audits and due diligence.

Harshit's ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background have enabled him to specialise in conducting statutory audits of companies and taxation related matters.

He has an in depth knowledge of the service industry. He has also been involved in preparation of project reports for various small and medium size enterprises including business planning for a venture in the education sector.

Apart from advising clients on various issues under the Income-Tax Act, Wealth Tax Act and Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, Harshit also has an ln depth exposure in handling assessment proceedings under the Income - Tax Act.
